硝酸苯酯（Nitric acid, phenyl ester）是氯甲酸苯酯和硝酸銀乙腈溶液反應得到的中間體，該中間體通過重排反應轉變為鄰硝基苯酚。[1]
很多相似的重排反應也被觀察到，如苯硝胺轉變為o-硝基苯胺的反應是分子內的重排反應。[2]
